Pelican Magazine - 17 DAYS OF GUILD: HERE WE GO AGAIN
The 17 days of Guild is a series developed over the student elections managed by myself. Collating pieces from various different writers we wanted to achieve three outcomes from our 17 day series.
To develop a clear understanding of the mechanics of our university elections.
To provide a humanity to candidates for students to connect and empathise with.
To critically engage with policy and candidates in a fun and interesting way.
This first piece was a set-up to the preceding series all with at least one of these three goals in mind.
